Shipping & Returns

International Shipping:  

• I currently do not ship internationally

Domestic Shipping:

• Orders ship within 2-5 business days via USPS and include tracking.
• Please contact me here if you need a rushed order.

   

Packaging:  

• I take care in packaging each order so that it arrives in perfect condition.
• Expect your PENDANT OR EARRINGS order in a padded 100% recycled mailer wrapped in recyclable newspaper print for protection. All materials are recycled and/or recyclable including the zero-waste stickers!
• The Drop Vessels are shipped in recyclable boxes with corrugated cardboard "bubble" wrap, newspaper print and kraft crinkle paper. All materials are recycled and or recyclable!

Returns:  

• I do not accept returns, but I am happy to replace items that have been damaged or lost in transit.  Please contact me here if your order has arrived damaged or is lost in transit.
• If you received the wrong item please contact me here within 72 hours of receiving your item for a free shipping label. Once I receive the item back in original condition you will receive a full refund.

• Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on the screen you are using.  If you are uncertain about the colors in my work, please contact me here and I can send you additional images to give you a better sense of the colors.
