Shipping & Returns

International Shipping:  

  • I currently do not ship internationally

Domestic Shipping:

  • Orders ship within 0-4 business days via USPS and include tracking.
  • Please contact me here if you need a rushed order. 

Packaging:  

  • I take great care in packaging each order so that it arrives in perfect condition.
  • Expect your PENDANT OR EARRINGS order in a padded 100% recycled mailer wrapped in recyclable newspaper print for protection. All materials are recycled and/or recyclable including the zero-waste stickers!
  • Plates, sets and vessels are shipped in recyclable boxes with corrugated cardboard "bubble" wrap, newspaper print and kraft crinkle paper. ALL materials are recycled and recyclable!

Returns:  

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging to protect the merchandise for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • To start a return, you can contact us atsunnystewartart@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 920 26th Ave North, St. Petersburg, FL 33704.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • You can always contact us for any return question at sunnystewartart@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All items are handmade and imperfections are inherent in their design.

  • Please contact me here if your order has arrived damaged or is lost in transit. Please plan to photograph damage.
  • If you received the wrong item please contact me here within 72 hours of receipt for a free shipping label. Once I receive confirmation of shipping in original condition, I will ship the correct item or provide a full refund.

  • Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on the screen you are using. I photograph in natural sunlight for the most accurate representation.
