Professional Development

I am a trained Expressive Arts Facilitator with certificates in intermodal expressive arts (Level One and Two) from Expressive Arts Florida Institute. I have been practicing expressive arts personally for five years and trained over the past three. I offer in-person and virtual workshops in creative expression with a variety of themes.
I am working on my Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology (MATP) from Sofia University along with graduate certificates in Creativity & Innovation and Ecopsychology. I am in my final year with four courses remaining!
I am also pursuing a professional certificate in Trauma & Resilience from Florida State University. I believe we have all been faced wit adverse experiences which have left their mark on our psyche. This is a part of life. I practice trauma-informed work to maintain high levels of sensitivity and honor the diverse experiences of others.
I am a member of the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association, International Somatic Movement Education & Therapy Association and the National Organization for Arts in Health.
My areas of research within my fields are the realms of the ecological unconscious, dreamwork, ecopsychology, Jungian psychology, shadow work, creative expression, expressive art modalities, esteem building, somatic awareness, ritual and community art. I am interested in exploring the spaces where art, humans, the rest of nature and spirit intersect.
