Professional Development

I am a trained Expressive Arts Facilitator with certificates in intermodal expressive arts (Level One and Two) from Expressive Arts Florida Institute. I have been practicing expressive arts personally for five years and trained over the past three. I offer in-person and virtual workshops in creative expression with a variety of themes.

I am completing my Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology (MATP) with a dual concentration in Creativity & Innovation and Spiritual Psychology from Sofia University along with graduate certificates in Creativite Expression and Ecopsychology. I am in my final year with three courses remaining!

I am also pursuing a professional certificate in Trauma & Resilience from Florida State University. We all face adversity in life which leaves its mark on our psyche. Figuring out our own diverse and supportive responses allows us to dance more easily between the high and low points of our life. I practice trauma-informed work to maintain high levels of sensitivity and honor the diverse experiences, minds and bodies of others.

I am a member of the International Expressive Arts Therapy AssociationInternational Somatic Movement Education & Therapy Association and the National Organization for Arts in Health.

My areas of interest and research within the transpersonal field are the realms of the ecological unconscious, dreamwork, ecopsychology, Jungian psychology, shadow work, creative expression, expressive art modalities, esteem building, somatic awareness, ritual and community art. I am interested in exploring the spaces where art, humans, the rest of nature and spirit intersect.
